The Roberts Law Firm has served individuals and businesses in the metropolitan Atlanta area since 1991.  We have established a strong presence in the legal community by primarily focusing our attention on four areas: business and commercial law, family law, contracts, criminal and personal injury matters. 

At the start of our practice, we recognized and responded to a growing need among small to mid-sized businesses for competent, yet affordable legal representation. In an effort to serve the overall needs of our clients, we also developed in the area of family law.  While initially focusing on divorce, child custody and related matters, we soon recognized that in order to provide comprehensive representation, we needed to expand.  Keeping in mind the total requirements of true "family law", we began practicing in the area of estate planning, which includes wills, trusts and probate. We are now able to meet an extensive list of needs for the modern family. 

As a natural progression from family law, we have also focused on the creation and development of contracts to meet specific client requests, including partnership agreements, purchase and sale documents, employment / independent contractor agreements, and landlord / tenant matters.  Our desire and ability to blend legal requirements with our clients' specific circumstances is unmatched.  We are involved in the litigation of both the enforcement and defense of contractual matters. 

In early 2003, we moved to a larger office in response to our continuing growth and development.  With fully modern computer capabilities, a strong web presence and highly competent staffing resources, we are ready to meet the challenges of a new century and the ever-expanding needs of our valued clients and their families.
